Order Inquiries / Wrong Items Received
If the product received does not correlate with the product you ordered, please kindly e-mail us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the items. Young Hearts will proceed the exchanged and reship your items as soonest.
If Young Hearts Malaysia is unable to fulfil your order, a refund would be provide to you. The refund amount will be credited back into your bank account that you provided. It may take a business day or two for the refund to be reflected in your statements.
***Please make sure the items are in original condition, the product labels & tags are still attached. Panties are strictly not allowed for exchange / return / refund due to hygiene reason.
