📦 Wrong Item Received / Order Issues

Received the wrong item or your order doesn’t match what you purchased?
Contact us at order@sorella-malaysia.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll arrange an exchange and send you the correct item(s) promptly.


💰 Refunds

If we’re unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued to the bank account you provide.
Please allow 1–2 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement.
